List of Documents required for New PAN card Application by Company, Firm, LLP, Trust Registered outside India have to submit the following documents while apply for PAN card in India
For Company registered outside India and want to apply for Indian PAN card then
- copy of Certificate of Registration issued in the country where the applicant is located, duly attested by ‘Apostille’ (in respect of countries which are signatories to the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961) or by Indian embassy or High Commission or Consulate in the country where the applicant is located; or
- copy of registration certificate issued in India or of approval granted to set up office in India by Indian Authorities.
For LLP, Firm or Association of persons(Trusts) or Association of persons (other than Trusts) or body of individuals or local authority or artificial juridical person formed or any other entity registered outside India and want to apply for Indian PAN card then
- copy of Certificate of Registration issued in the country where the applicant is located, duly attested by ‘Apostille’ (in respect of countries which are signatories to the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961) or by Indian embassy or High Commission or Consulate in the country where the applicant is located; or
- copy of registration certificate issued in India or of approval granted to set up office in India by Indian Authorities.
We need some help in filing for PAN Card. We are Non resident Indians and we have an OCI card with US citizenship.
