Hi,
My PAN no. is ARPPK4E. I am yet to get my refunds from income tax office for the AY 2008-09 & AY 2009-10. The total amount of TDS (cumulative) was close to 15000. I kept it checking with the person who filed my return. then I checked it with Income tax office in NH-4, Faridabad. The concerned person asked me to deposit indemnity bond for the same. I gave it to him along with all original ITRs and acknowledgement as I was in the way to go some where and counld not get photocopies for the same. I was in touch of that person. Sometimes later, I called him and he said i am transferred to Shimla and your documents are in my rack. i went there and checked all files personally with the concerned person at that time. there were no document. Now, I don’t have proof for submission of ITR. Is there any process through whhich ir can be tracked through my PAN number and I can get my money back. Please note that I got the refund of rs. 2700/- for AY 2010-11 as indemnity bond was not required for it (after paying some amount to that person). Please tell me the way as being in private service, I don’t get time to go there everytime. Please update on my mail id

As we have been filing out quarterly returns of 24 and 26 q through M/s Karvy consultancy, where as this year i.e fy.2012-13 we have been filed in the same format and sent with in due date..and there is an error found by the assessing authorities that there is a mismatch..so having clarified form our tax reporter M/s Karvy consultancy..they say theat we have to file in the new format of form 24 q and 26 q as Annexure 1 and Annexure 2..so I request you to arrange to send those formats in excel sheet so I can calculate and send.. Now a peculiar problem is that when I prepared return to file on line and converted the into XML file while I am just to upload it shows a massage that invalid PAN verification again I deleted the return filled again but same is showing.
