Tanvi ji, if company don’t have pan card means they will not have bank account also which also means every transaction in cash, so everything is hidden. So until someone files complain against the company or income tax department conducts search on the basis of information they gathered through their sources then there will be problem and company has to pay tax plus 100 to 300% fine for hidden black money

Santosh Ji, this is not possible as you might have submitted your PAN card at many places which are not governed by the income Tax Department or other government department and also looking at the population of India it will be very difficult to track, but your Bank account are linked to your PAN Card and in case if there is more than Rs 15 Lakhs cash transaction then bank will send your Bank statement to Income Tax Department for scrutiny.
I had applied for Changes or Correction in PAN Card. I have given my all documents correct but they have kept it on hold stating that the word “BEN” is missing in the application form.
I need to explain that as I am from Gujarat so we usually use word BEN in order to give respect but it is not compulsory added word behind each n every name.
As per my documents it is exactly matching with First Name, Last Name & Middle Name as well but I don’t Understand that why these people are deliberately delaying my PAN Card as due to it I had face many monetary issues.

Sir i have given name correction in pan to NSDL in the month of januray 2013 with all relevent documents, nsdl found the document to be on in place and sent it to income tax department , but its been 6 month income tax department are not making any change in it neither giving any reason for doing so. i have complained 8-10 times on there income tax helpline evertime they give a complain no and nothing else.pls tell me a way how to get my pan.

Above is my details for the Pan application, so the problem is that pan card was provided to courier company and we never received it. Once confirming from the courier company they said they were not able to find the address( In a government colony). Then when confirming again they said they have dispatched the pan card pack to UTI as per there status. On the other hand UTI is saying that they never received the pan card from them and disconnected the call without taking any initiative.
So my question is to whom it may concern about my pan card, as no one is ready to take the responsibility.

I would like to ask you a few queries regarding PAN card. I applied for a PAN card in the year 2010 via a bank. Since I work in Abu dhabi I so far have not received it in my home at India or to be precise I am not sure if it has been processed or not.

Generally All Government Departments sends the important documents through Indian Speed Post which includes PAN card by Income Tax Department, Passport from regional passport offices. I am having PAN Card No.ARNPS5473M. Till date I am filing the Return manually. While trying to file my e-return last year I was not able to do so. It says that PAN NO. DOES NOT EXIST. Sir, Kindly help me regarding the same so that I can file e-retun this year and
also if i want to check my PAN card details on income tax /pan card website that will
show my name and details.

I had applied for PAN Card 5 years ago. Unfortunately the PAN Card returned undelivered. Recently, when I checked up, I found that my PAN Card is active with number APDPG3972M. I tried to fill the grievance form, but i could not able to submit it as i don’t remember coupon number.
So kindly inform me the procedure to get the PAN CARD.

i have applied pan card for my sister from above site..i completed everything and i paid the money through debit card and i got the message money deduced from my card but acknowledgment not generated due to slow connection. i forgot to note down the transaction id and now i can get the acknowledgment..money will refunded..they don’t even send any mail to my id..please help me what i have to do now..
You can get the Acknowledgment No using option TracK PAN Application and filling Details like Last Name/Surname, NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH AS Filled in PAN Application
