FORM NO. 10CCBC for Audit Report for Hospital Operating in Rural Area. FORM NO. 10CCBC should be filled by assessee, in respect of hospitals operated and maintained by them in a rural area. Where the gross total income of an assessee includes any profits and gains derived by an undertaking or an enterprise from any business, be allowed, in computing the total income of the assessee, a deduction of an amount equal to hundred per cent of the profits and gains derived from such business for five consecutive assessment years but the hospital has at least one hundred beds for patients.
