FORM NO. 10BB for Audit report. FORM NO. 10BB given by Chartered Accountant in Form no. 10BB for any trust or institution or any university or other educational institution or any hospital or other medical institution.
The report of audit of the accounts of a fund or trust or institution or any university or other educational institution or any hospital or other medical institution which is required to be furnished under the tenth proviso to clause (23C) of section 10 shall be in Form No. 10BB.

Audit report under section 10(23C) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, in the case of any fund or trust or institution or any university or other educational institution or any hospital or other medical institution referred to in sub-clause (iv) or sub-clause (v) or sub-clause (vi) or sub-clause (via) of section 10(23C).

  1. I/We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best of my/our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of the audit.
  2. In my/our opinion, proper books of account have been kept by the head office and branches of the above-named fund, or trust, or institution or any university or other educational institution or any hospital or other medical institution so far as appears from my/our examination of the books of account.
  3. In my/our opinion and to the best of *my/our information and according to the information given to me/us, the said accounts read with notes thereon, if any, give a true and fair view —

18.
